## Company: Victor ## ## Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Victor. This **_temporary | fixed term (1-year)_** role will be based in **Mississauga**. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This position processes new business and plan amendments within established service standards (five‑day turnaround), reviews applications and enrollments for completeness, and follows up on missing information. It sets up and maintains client records, enters employer/benefit/employee data, enrolls individuals, initiates underwriting as needed, updates databases and materials, produces welcome packages, and performs file reviews to ensure data accuracy. **_We will count on you to:_** * Process all incoming new business and plan amendments accurately and in line with established service standards (including five‑day turnaround). * Review group insurance applications and enrollments for completeness; follow up with plan advisors or sales for missing information. * Determine underwriting requirements and initiate underwriting processes as needed. * Set up new client records and prepare client files by assigning client numbers, plan design codes, and Client Service Specialists. * Enter client data into the system (employer, benefit, rate, and employee information) and enroll individuals according to elected coverage and plan design. * Process plan amendments by updating the database and issuing required materials. * Create client materials (booklets, welcome packages) and compose routine correspondence to request or confirm outstanding information. * Perform self and peer file reviews to ensure data accuracy and integrity. **_What you need to have:_** * Post‑secondary education, or a minimum of one year of insurance experience. * Proficient with database and word‑processing software; strong mathematical ability and attention to detail. * Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, ability to
