10-year marketing working experience of medical field, 5 years in managerial grade, rich and solid marketing experience (branding building, launched NPD products, demonstrated sustainable growth, managed portfolio of across category and omni-channels inclu. EC), High ability of communication, spirit of entrepreneurship, Accountability with leadership, sense of data driven /CDP/EC practice, sense of compliance culture, Fluent in English, good PPT skills, analytical thinking

What You'll Do.

Build up China marketing strategy and annual plan

Oversee formulation of marketing strategies and programs

Implement marketing strategies plan timely

Forecast product requirements

Liaise with other departments

Maintain interdepartmental communication

Maintain up-to-date market information

Ensure business activities comply with standards

Review complaints and suggestions

Establish and reinforce relationship with partners

Make a performance driven culture

Ensure successful prelaunch and plan for new products

Managing brand budget

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Liaise with other departments such as sales, regulatory, medical affairs, sales, training and finance; Maintain interdepartmental communication and liaison locally and globally; Build and be part of ONE TEAM culture
