Must Have
Proven leader with experience managing multidisciplinary teams, Project management skills, Serve as geographic lead in Nevada, Lead and grow multi-discipline design team, Provide leadership for production team operations, Develop, coordinate, monitor technical competencies, Assist with daily operations, Take administrative responsibility for staff, Lead and coordinate services with other teams, Implement, monitor, support company policy, Select, train, develop, manage technical personnel, Work cooperatively with local Area Management
