What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, Minimum of 2 years of related experience or an advanced degree without or equivalent work experience, Certified in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM), Maintain the CNIM status, Valid driver's license, Transportation with the ability to transport medical equipment
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM), Knowledge of human anatomy & physiology, Knowledge of technical troubleshooting, Operating Room (OR) experience, Time management & organizational skills, Ability to manage competing demands, frequent change, delays and/or unexpected events in scheduling and in the operating room on a daily basis, Effective communication skills, Proven ability to collaborate in a team-oriented setting, Communication in English with surgeons and surgical staff, Ability to handle the demands of regular travel, Qualified for and maintain privileges at all required hospitals, Meeting any applicable physical requirements or vaccination requirements, Eligible for medical malpractice insurance coverage at standard rates

Communicate monitoring information
Display and label waveforms
Identify appropriate protocols
Perform troubleshooting techniques
Complete required documentation
Maintain neuromonitoring equipment
Conduct maintenance checks
Adhere to company Code of Conduct
Ensure compliance with laws
