Must Have
U. S. Citizen with an active DoW Top Secret Clearance, Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, OR two (2+) years of relevant experience working in an IT enterprise network engineering field, IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140, CompTIA Network+ CE or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or equivalent, Proven leadership in managing complex network environments, including DoD networks, Advanced knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), security standards (802. 1X, 802. 11, MAC bridging), and media access control systems, Demonstrated experience in network segmentation, traffic management, and secure network architecture design, In-depth knowledge of network tools, monitoring platforms, and documentation best practices, Ability to plan and implement large-scale network configurations and upgrades while minimizing downtime
Nice to Have
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 certification, Experience with incident management within the ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform, Familiarity with NIST, STIG, RMF, and Federal Information Systems Controls, Working knowledge of hardware configuration management tools and logistics tracking systems, Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures, Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment, A problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems, self-starter requiring minimal supervision, Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
