It involves providing expert-level technical support and operational guidance. The role contributes to real-time network analysis and solution testing **Job Description** **Core Responsibilities** **Must haves:** * Experience of working for a Internet Service Provider * Strong experience and understanding of Routing/Switching technologies i.e. IP/MPLS, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, Segment Routing, Layer2/3 VPN’s, QoS Previous testing experience and knowledge of Ixia and Spirent tools * Experience on Cisco IOS-XR platforms (ASR and NCS) * CCNP or equivalent certification * Attention to detail * Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Nice to have:** * Experience with Huawei, Nokia F5 or Fortinet devices would be an advantage * Knowledge of Git and Python or any other programming language * Knowledge of NETCONF-YANG, open and vendor specific models, as well as JSON and XML markup languages **Employees at all levels are expected to:** * Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job. * Own the customer experience think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless
