WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Network Team Lead will support the Technical Leads, Field Technicians, Project Management and Network Engineering team to carry out a best-in-class service in the deployment of networking hardware for Global customers. This position will require a combination of travel to various customer sites globally as well as remote support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Understand and project the team culture Build trust between team members. Inspire and motivate teamwork for achieving goals. Influence valuable changes. Be open to new ideas coming from team members. Consult frequently with key team members. Establish an open discussion for decision-making. Distinguish the team from others – create an identity for the team Train new resource on EOS/client standards Ensures all employees receive the appropriate training and education, including ongoing compliance training. Ensures compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care. Practices cost improvement strategies, maintaining profitability and growth of area. Provide support to the PMO team in the correct selection of field resource to ensure successful project delivery Implements location-specific and area quality goals and action plans in order to achieve quality standards. Provides informal feedback on an ongoing basis and formal feedback in the annual performance
