Must Have
Customer-specific designated support at network level to troubleshoot and resolve networking problems., Data Center – Nexus Routing & Switching is mandatory., hands-on skills in Cisco Nexus Technologies (vPC, vDC, STP, vRF, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF), Good knowledge on Cisco ACI Technologies (Tenants, EPGs, BDs, vRFs), Experience in product lines like Nexus 9000 switches., Good understanding in overall data center infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Server, Firewall)., Dedicatedly monitor and review the network., Effectively work with multi-functional teams to resolve major customer issues., Ability to grasp network design concepts quickly and be able to provide the right solutions to the clients., Effectively craft and validate planned changes to software and hardware design., Deliver high level technical assistance and troubleshooting for resolving critical production issues for strategic customers., Respond to network management system alarms according to established processes., A minimum of 5 -7years of overall experience in Cisco Nexus /ACI Technologies /LAN, WAN/ Data center infrastructure/ Juniper/HP., Proven knowledge and experience in troubleshooting, switching, and routing., Minimum CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge., Client Meetings & Internal and External Audit., CCNA /CCNP (Cisco certifications is mandatory CCNA (R&S/DC), Experience with Network security, WAN., Working knowledge of ITIL., Experience with BGP, Software Defined Networking (SDN) based on Cisco ACI, Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower firewalls, F5 load Balancers, NSX.
Nice to Have
Comfortable using tools like Solarwind, Cisco DCNM(desired)., Ability to handle data center ACI complex troubleshooting (added advantage).
