Must Have
Technical certification (CCNP, Network+, A+, Security+, etc. ) or comparable experience required, Three-five (3-5) years of experience in Network operations, implementing, operating, maintaining or using (as a “super user”) systems in an Information Technology or health care setting, Current Washington State Drivers and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or Information Technology preferred, Previous installation experience with healthcare systems, networks, and interfaces in hospitals and/or clinic settings or with a healthcare system vendor preferred

In this position, you will provide project management and analyses ensuring excellent system operations. **Responsibilities** * You will troubleshoot problems and monitor system performance statistics * You will perform routine system maintenance and/or administration * You will assist in troubleshooting and resolving system problems * You will assist in installs of new system maintenance releases and system utility upgrades * You will assist in inventory of parts and materials for installations, repairs and preventative maintenance and coordinate service installations with vendors, technicians and customers **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or Information Technology preferred, experience in networking may be substituted * Technical certification (CCNP, Network+, A+, Security+, etc.) or comparable experience required * Three-five (3-5) years of experience in Network operations, implementing, operating, maintaining or using (as a “super user”) systems in an Information Technology or health care setting * Previous installation experience with healthcare systems, networks, and interfaces in hospitals and/or clinic setting
