What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field, 3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, network planning, or distribution planning, Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in Costa Rica, Willing to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at our office located in AFZ, Heredia
Nice to Have
APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM/CSCP) is an advantage, Experience working with hazardous materials distribution or regulated chemical products is a plus, Experience using Power BI for reporting, dashboarding, and data visualization, Exposure to automation tools (e. g. , workflow automation, VBA macros, Power Automate, or similar technologies)
What You'll Do.

Create stock transport orders
Manage stock transport orders
Monitor inventory targets
Monitor safety stock levels
Monitor slow moving materials
Monitor network capacity constraints
Support inventory strategy reviews
Develop inventory targets
Coordinate product transfers from production plants to distribution
Coordinate product transfers between distribution nodes
Partner with transportation teams
Partner with warehouse teams
Ensure timely flow of finished goods
Review exceptions related to forecast
Review exceptions related to sales order conflicts
Review exceptions related to material availability
Review exceptions related to transfer issues
Resolve exceptions related to forecast
Resolve exceptions related to sales order conflicts
Resolve exceptions related to material availability
Resolve exceptions related to transfer issues
Escalate supply risks to Master Planners
Escalate production risks to Master Planners
Support contingency planning for constrained supply
Support contingency planning for disrupted supply
Manage customer orders end-to-end
Act as liaison between customers and internal teams
Provide order updates
Provide forecast updates
Provide supply updates
Resolve customer issues across orders
Resolve customer issues across deliveries
Resolve customer issues across returns
Resolve customer issues across billing
Ensure transaction accuracy
Maintain accurate planning master data
Use ERP/MRP systems to execute network planning activities
