Windows 98/NT/2000/XP/2003, MS Office, MS Exchange Server, Active Directory, FTP, pc/server assembly and repair, routers, switches, hubs, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Ethernet, network support and troubleshooting, UNIX/Linux, Security products, DVR's, IP cameras, CCTV, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Ability to prioritize and multitask, Excellent written communication skills, Customer focused, Attentive, Investigative, Commitment to quality, Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, Organizational skills, Analytical and problem solving skills, Service oriented, Solution driven, Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, CompTia Network+, A+ certification, Working knowledge of the security industry, Database skills, Programming/scripting skills

What You'll Do.

Provide remote product health monitoring

Review and maintain health alert inbox

Perform remote diagnostics and apply fixes

Log all health alerts

Update tickets to keep status current

Create and maintain tickets for customers

Ensure product to customer mapping is correct

Participate in maintenance and administration of database

Work independently through instructions

Promote and maintain customer satisfaction

Resolve or escalate issues promptly

Remain updated on product training

Escalate problems/issues to NOC Level 2

Perform IP Camera firmware upgrades
