4+ years technical support in NOC/SOC/24x7 operations, 3+ years ITSM platforms experience, 3+ years technical escalation point or shift lead, Experience creating/reviewing/optimizing SOPs, AWS Console experience for metrics, US Citizen, Active TS/SCI security clearance
Nice to Have
Experience supporting government customers, Networking fundamentals
What You'll Do.
Lead Tier 1 Support Technicians
Oversee authentication
Monitor ServiceNow queues
Monitor broadband performance dashboards
Serve as first escalation point
Ensure timely communication with stakeholders
Audit tickets and communications
Provide real-time feedback
Coordinate shift turnover briefings
Ensure continuity of operations
Support incident resolution lifecycles
Track incident resolution lifecycles
Identify training gaps
Recommend development paths
Enforce performance standards
Partner with SNOC leadership
