As a Network Operations Administrator, you’ll manage IP space, oversee identity systems, maintain servers and database backups, support internal IT functions, and tackle complex VoIP and data challenges. About Us LaGrange County REMC distributes electricity to more than 7,000 members across 600 miles of power lines and delivers high-speed internet through more than 500 miles of fiber to nearly 5,000 customers. The Network Operations Administrator is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day health of network hardware, software platforms, and identity systems. This role manages the logical configurations—such as IP addressing (IPAM), user accounts (Active Directory/SaaS), and virtualized environments—that allow services to flow securely to both the customer base and the internal enterprise. ## Qualifications * Associates degree in information technology or related field is required * Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or related field is preferred * A minimum of 3 to 5 years information technology experience is required * Proficiency in Network Infrastructure (Cisco/Juniper, LAN/WAN, GPON), Server Administration (Windows/Linux, Virtualization), and Security (Firewalls, DDoS mitigat
