This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in managing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across data center and enterprise environments. As a Network Engineering Intern, you will work alongside experienced engineers and be exposed to network design, troubleshooting, monitoring, and infrastructure projects. **Key Responsibilities** A Level 1 Technician is responsible for the workflow and escalations of assigned tickets and problems. Some of the primary duties include: • Event Verification / Initial Triage • Incident Record Opening • Answer phone Calls • Create / troubleshoot incident tickets • Engage the vendor & field services as needed • Create RCA's • Execute RMA process • Investigate, diagnose and validate incidents upon contact **Skillset:** Cisco devices HPN devices (H3C / Procurve / 3com/Aruba ) - optional F5 Load Balancer Cloud Networking **Eligibility :** **Must be currently enrolled in a degree or Diploma program (Any computer related program) at College or University** **Intake:2026** **Duration: 6 months** **Eligibility: Malaysian citizen** At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
