This role presents an opportunity to be part of a high-performing team, working at pace to lead and accelerate Vodafone’s ongoing media transformation initiatives, driving global media excellence across our market. **Role purpose & Responsibilities:** • Support the Vodafone global account in all aspects of account management, client relationships and project delivery with a key focus on managing our markets. • _Reporting:_ manage the global reporting workstream e.g. investment, competitive, KPIs, effectiveness. o Support in the timely delivery of monthly reports to Vodafone which includes ensuring accuracy on the MMIR template / Wizard platform and ongoing usage. o Global support for Percept and local teams for Wizard requests such as User approvals. o Support with finance and billing teams • _Account Management:_ Strong communication and project management skills required to work collaboratively with our global team and colleagues across local markets. o Requires regular communication with markets, understanding of their priorities, gathering and sharing case studies and inspiration and dri
