4+ years managing sales teams, Demonstrated success driving new logo ARR growth, Deep understanding of inside sales best practices, Experience leveraging CRM systems, Ability to develop and implement regional growth strategies, Proven ability to coach sales reps, Track record of coordinating across teams, Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics, Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Marketing
Nice to Have
Experience managing teams across multiple geographies, Fluency in Spanish/Portuguese, Passion for sustainability or CSR

Meet New ARR and conversion targets
Monitor team performance
Allocate resources effectively
Deliver regular reports on results
Own the regional forecast
Develop and implement regional strategy
Ensure alignment with Company goals

Ensure timely resolution
Prioritize regional needs in roadmaps
and develop Account Executives
Build a data-driven team culture
Own headcount and capacity management
Represent EcoVadis within the Americas
Coordinate regional campaigns
Participate in events
Collaborate with strategic partners
Position EcoVadis as a leader
Lead AMS Network Growth team AI transformation
Embed AI tooling into daily execution
Build culture for bottom-up innovation
Encourage experimentation with AI
Share what works across the team
Raise the bar on productivity
and champion team ideas
