EcoVadis seeks a Sr Regional Manager to lead the Americas (AMS) market within the Network Growth team, responsible for growing the EcoVadis subscriber base of rated companies across North America and Latin America. This role owns new logo acquisition for the AMS rated segment, managing a team of 12 Account Executives and 1 Team Lead across Toronto and Mexico City, in a high-volume, high-velocity SMB inside sales motion. This role reports directly to the VP of Service Engagement. Key responsibilities include: 1. Oversee Regional Operations for Network Growth — Americas: * Manage daily Team operations to meet New ARR and conversion targets consistently. * Monitor team performance, allocate resources effectively, and deliver regular reports on results. * Own the regional forecast and present performance, risks, and levers to leadership. 2. Lead Regional Strategy, Alignment, and Customer Engagement: * Develop and implement a comprehensive regional strategy for the AMS rated segment, ensuring alignment with Department and Company goals. * Act as the primary coordinator for internal cross-functional challenges, ensuring timely resolution and alignment across Sales, Customer Success, and Service Engagement teams. * Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to prioritize regional needs in roadmaps. 3. Drive Team Leadership and People Development: * Lead, coach, and develop 12 Account
