Must Have

Eligibility for US Employment, Minimum of 18 years of age, Valid driver's license, 2 years working experience in network facilities, Proficiency in electrical and telecom testing tools, Ability to lift up to 80 pounds, Ability and willingness to travel extensively, Effectively communicate in English

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, computer science, or related field or combined education and work experience

What You'll Do.

Perform preventative maintenance on network infrastructure

Manage vendors for maintenance

Perform routine maintenance tasks

Inspect network infrastructure and facilities

Install equipment in network facilities

Respond to network and facility incidents

Troubleshoot issues to identify root causes

Implement corrective actions

Address emergencies and unexpected events

Minimize downtime and service disruptions

Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues

Collaborate within the department

Provide input to peers for maintenance

Share knowledge and best practices

Aid during critical maintenance activities

Assist with equipment upgrades

Assist with system migrations

Assist with emergency repairs

Provide hands-on assistance to colleagues
