## Accountabilities Support the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of local and wide area network infrastructure across global locations Implement and uphold network standards, policies, and operational best practices to ensure reliability and consistency Provide advanced Tier 3 troubleshooting and escalation support for complex networking issues Monitor network performance and identify opportunities to improve scalability, security, and operational efficiency Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, configurations, and architecture records Collaborate with global infrastructure teams and business stakeholders to support network-related initiatives and projects Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to incident response and problem resolution efforts Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements to network architecture and operations Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience with at least 6 years in network engineering or infrastructure support Strong written and verbal English communication skills Expertise in routing technologies and protocols including BGP, OSPF, and VRF Experience with VPN technologies such as IPSec, GRE, DMVPN, and DTLS Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco networking solutions, including Catalyst and Nexus switches, IOS and IOS-XE routers, and wireless infrastructure Strong knowledge of firewall technologies including ASA, Palo Alto, and cloud security platforms Experience with authentication and access control technologies such as ISE, TACACS, RADIUS, and 802.1X Ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise network environments and drive issue resolution independently Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with SD-WAN technologies, wireless networking platforms, load balancing solutions, DNS, scripting, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, or Linux systems is considered an asset Willingness to travel occasionally, including international
