Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 8 years of related experience, Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 10 years of related experience, Extensive experience supporting service provider networks, BGP and OSPF routing protocols expertise, MPLS environments expertise, Complex routing and network design expertise, Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, and IOS-XR platforms expertise, Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics expertise, Linux-based network services including DNS, DHCP, and TACACS expertise, Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Nice to Have
CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) or higher, CCNP Service Provider concentration strongly preferred
