We are motivated by the sense of responsibility and servant leadership. * Maintain computer networks including routers, switches, VPNs and other physical hardware/software * Configure and maintain Aruba wireless hardware including Mobility Conductor, Mobility Controllers, Access Points, and switches. * Execute Wi-Fi RF (Radio Frequency) planning, site surveys, and tuning to ensure optimal coverage, signal quality, and minimal interference. * Implement and monitor robust network security measures, including 802.1X, RADIUS/EAP-TLS authentication, and Role-Based Access Control (ClearPass) * Monitor systems to improve network performance for all systems * Create firewall rules and update software and data security systems to keep data and communications protected * Provide on-site support for projects that require on-site installation and support * Update network equipment to the latest firmware releases * Provide Tier 2/3 support to diagnose, isolate, and resolve wireless connectivity and performance issues * Participate in on-call rotation * Report network status to key stakeholders * Improve knowledge and understanding of network and security best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems * Ability to work overtime * Ability to travel overnight ## Qualifications * 5+ year of network related work experience * Possess strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills * Ability to execute excellent customer service relationship skills * Ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and make decisions * Strong documentation skills * Experience in the implementation and operation of wireless networks is a plus.
