Role Purpose We are seeking a motivated Network Engineer with 6-10 years’ experience to support, design, maintain, implement, and optimise network infrastructure across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Requirements * Network Operations & Support * Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure. * Provide 2nd/3rd line support for network incidents, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs. * Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors as needed. * Network Performance & Monitoring * Monitor LAN, WAN, and VPN connections using network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, or Wireshark). * Analyse traffic patterns, troubleshoot latency or packet loss, and ensure optimal performance. * Maintain logs, metrics, and performance reports for capacity planning. * Security & Compliance * Implement and maintain security controls such as firewalls, intrusion prevention, and VPNs. * Ensure
