Full Job Description
We are looking for a **Network Engineer** to support the design, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure for both internal environments and client-facing deployments. This role requires strong networking fundamentals, hands-on experience with firewalls, routing, switching, VPNs, and network security, as well as the ability to interact professionally with clients. The successful candidate will help configure and support secure network environments, assist with firewall and VPN implementations, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and communicate technical solutions clearly to customers. ### Key Responsibilities * Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, and VPNs. * Support LAN, WAN, VLAN, routing, switching, NAT, DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing configurations. * Assist with firewall rule creation, policy review, VPN setup, and secure remote access configuration. * Apply network security best practices across firewall, VPN, segmentation, and access control configurations. * Monitor network performance and implement measures to improve efficiency and reliability. * Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime. * Work directly with clients to understand network requirements, constraints, and business needs. * Configure client-side or customer-specific network components such as firewall rules, VPN tunnels, IP allowlists, NAT rules, and routing changes. * Guide clients through required network changes in a clear and structured way. * Troubleshoot client connectivity issues across VPNs, firewalls, cloud networks, and on-premise environments. * Translate technical findings into clear explanations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure network compliance with security policies and best practices. * Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations and procedures. * Sta
