Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive. **The Role** **Responsibility** * Responsible for the daily O&M of office/DC networks, WiFi, and WANs; proficient in operating core network equipment (Huawei, Cisco, etc.); * Quickly respond to and resolve various unexpected network incidents, independently completing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and closed-loop reviews; * Manage firewall policies, VPN system O&M, and wireless network (Controllers and APs) operations; * Leverage personal technical foundation to rapidly learn and adapt to the company's customized network environment and systems (e.g., ServiceNow/OPM); * Collaborate with global teams and external vendor TACs to efficiently resolve complex, cross-domain technical issues. **Who You Are** **Requirements** * Solid foundation in networking and practical O&M capabilities. Possessing expert-level(CCIE or HCIE) capabilities is a core requirement; * Exceptional learning agility, sharp thinking, and high potential, able to quickly absorb new technologies and translate them into practical O&M delivery; * Practical experience in configuring and maintaining enterprise LAN, WAN, and security equipment, with the ability to execute tasks independently and efficiently; * Good communication and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong team spirit; * Good English reading and writing skills, able to smoothly read technical documents and communicate via daily work emails. **Skills:** * Routing & Switching (Cisco/Hua
