What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years of experience in Network Engineering, Hands-on experience with enterprise network configuration, routing/switching (Cisco/Dell), Firewalls, Wi-Fi management, Radius infrastructure, deploying QoS in LAN/WLAN environments, setting up, troubleshooting, and automating cloud-based networks, managing DNS, DNSSEC, and SNMP, scripting skills (Linux bash, PowerShell), AI/ML platforms (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML), AIOps tools for incident detection/root cause analysis, generative AI tools (Claude, Copilot), AI-based security monitoring, High accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, entrepreneurial mindset, analytical and problem-solving skills, team-player attitude
