This expansion role is for a Network Engineer in the Brazil/Mexico/Philippines area to perform remote support with various customers to implement and support Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco-based networks. Your first project is a full-time position with one of our customers managing Palo Alto and Cisco network devices and providing support for the customer’s follow the sun model. In this role, you will: * Implement, troubleshoot, and document enterprise networks and related systems * Implement, manage Palo Alto firewalls * Provide knowledge transfer and informal training to clients ## Qualifications What you need to succeed: * Strong understanding and skills on Palo Alto firewalls * Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) level expertise in Enterprise Infrastructure (formerly Route/Switch), (enterprise wireless and collaboration are welcome as well - let's talk) * Demonstrable experience in the implementation, troubleshooting and support of large enterprise networks * Good understanding and practical experience with routing protocols (EIGRP, OSFP, and BGP) * Good understanding and practical experience with switching technologies (Spanning tree, EtherChannel, Port Security, 802.1X, MAB) * Willingness and ability to travel 50% Desirable: * Strongly prefer experience with the
