Network Engineer, Advanced Networking Managed Services About the Role We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our Advanced Networking Team to serve as an expert escalation point for client network environments, delivering high quality, professional, and customer-focused networking assistance across multiple channels. This role is responsible for advanced networking configurations and issue resolutions within a variety of MSP client environments, and plays a critical part in building and maintaining client networking infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings advanced networking knowledge and technical skills, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. Role & Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues involving firewalls, switches, wireless access points, VLANs, routing, VPNs, and general connectivity. Support and maintain firewall environments, including rule changes, VPN configuration, firmware updates, and security reviews. Configure and support managed switches, including VLANs, trunking, port assignments, PoE, and firmware maintenance. Support wireless networks, including SSID configuration, access point updates, coverage reviews, and performance troubleshooting. Monitor client
