What They're Looking For.
Must Have
College degree in Business or IT related major, Network experience, preferably in a Distribution Center environment, Ability to maintain, configure, install and troubleshoot hardware in an RF network environment, PC and network troubleshooting, Project Management Experience, written and verbal communication skills, Knowledge of networking, computer equipment, servers and required maintenance, Understanding of Data Center ticketing equipment and servers
Nice to Have
Technical systems training preferred, Familiar with Distribution Center Material Handling equipment
What You'll Do.
Assist Home Office Systems team with projects
Aid with unscheduled installation or maintenance
Support all hardware and networks in Distribution Center
Assist with equipment installation for system installations
Support all hardware and network related equipment
RF network and equipment
Provide hardware maintenance and monitoring for Distribution Center Systems
Monitor back-ups of all systems
Install new hardware including terminals
Configure hardware when necessary
Provide expertise and support for maintenance
Troubleshoot and contact Info Center
Assist in training users on PC applications
Provide ongoing support
including systems equipment cleaning
Contact vendors and schedule maintenance and repairs
Provide ongoing preventative maintenance of Data Center equipment
Maintain systems equipment inventory
Support all Material Handling Systems
Understand each system and its relationship to other systems
operate and troubleshoot all servers
Update system configurations
Utilize the management console of all material handling systems
Assist training associates on the use of each system
Work with Systems Application Analyst and training department
Support and assist in training on server use
Understand the mechanical aspect of the equipment
Work directly with end users to train and assist
Equipment tracking and organization of assets
Act as local administrator for warehouse management system (SCAN)

Assists with any equipment installation related to system installations and upgrades. Supports all hardware and network related equipment including all related material handling systems equipment. Handles the maintenance, configuration, installation and troubleshooting of all equipment as well as support of cabling, RF network and equipment, PC’s, terminals, printers, phones. Great Interpersonal skills needed. **Major Areas of Responsibility** : Provides hardware maintenance and monitoring for all Distribution Center Systems equipment including monitoring back-ups of all systems, installation of new hardware including terminals, monitors, keyboards, and printers. Configures hardware when necessary. Provides expertise and support for maintenance, installation and repair of PC’s in the Distribution Center and office area.
