We are looking for a Network Compliance Architect to act as the regulatory control layer for a large-scale network consolidation program at a US-based Tier-2 Telco. The role serves as the final quality gate before designs reach the CAB, ensuring that all engineering blueprints fully comply with global regulatory frameworks and introduce no legal or compliance risk. This position is ideal for professionals who excel at auditing technical designs, identifying regulatory gaps, and enforcing strict compliance standards across complex telecom environments Responsibilities * Define telecom compliance requirements (FCC, STIR/SHAKEN, e911) to guide Architects and engineering teams throughout the design lifecycle. * Enforce data sovereignty requirements by validating routing paths and ensuring cross-border data flows comply with frameworks such as GDPR, UK IPA, and lawful intercept regulations. * Validate life-safety routing by ensuring that voice architecture templates meet requirements for e911, Kari’s Law, and Ray Baum’s Act. * Validate compliance through a traceability matrix, mapping regulatory rules to architecture
