We buy promising companies from retiring owners, gifting employees an immediate 10% ownership stake in the business, and supporting their ongoing growth through proprietary software, education, financial products and best-in-class leadership support. We're building a network of 10,000 employee-owned small businesses, creating $10 billion of stock wealth for wage workers and supporting generations of business owners into confident retirement. This is a strong business, with strong, principled people, and loyal customers. It makes high quality products that honor the environment and the people involved—something that is complex and not easy to do if you are serious about it. The company has huge potential to reach a much wider audience, and we are looking for a President with the right experience to make this happen. The ideal fit is strongly aligned with the company's values around transparency and doing right by people and planet. This person must be able to embrace the complexities of how the company does business with its supply chain and others, as this values-driven approach is the core of what differentiates the company and the brand. Importantly, this person should also have hands-on experience growing a D2C brand from single- to double-digit MMs in revenue. Ideally, this person would have had P&L ownership while doing so. A strong marketing background is an expectation. The company is in a good place operationally. It
