You'll join software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other essential roles. You'll collaborate across AWS to deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing capacity at the lowest cost for customers. In this role, you will: Work with Network Deployment and Vendor Management teams to integrate quality assurance into cable installation processes throughout the project lifecycle. You'll participate in reviews of training curriculums and cabling design documents, providing Quality Assurance representation to ensure standards are met during cable installation activities. You'll influence partner teams and cabling vendors to adopt quality assurance checklists that validate conformance to both Amazon and jurisdictional standards during critical milestone checks for cable installation and testing activities. You'll bring the voice of the customer forward by gathering feedback from internal stakeholders and cabling vendors, then refining quality processes based on their needs. You'll verify that cable installations meet standards by reviewing documentation and data from milestone inspections and cable validation testing. You'll drive cable validation testing adoption and defect management while establishing performance benchmarks to improve vendor performance and enhance quality metrics. You'll document and align cable installation standards and standard operating procedures as new technology and cabling methods integrate into our infrastructure.
