Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field, minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, Proven experience in enterprise network architecture, defining and delivering large-scale designs for Data Center, WAN, campus, and wireless environments, Demonstrated experience designing scalable, resilient, and secure network architectures supporting global enterprise requirements, expertise in data center architecture, experience architecting enterprise campus and wireless networks, Solid understanding of enterprise routing and switching architecture, Experience defining network architecture standards, reference architectures, and technical design guidelines, Experience leading technology evaluation, proof-of-concept initiatives, and strategic platform selection, background in capacity planning, scalability analysis, and translating business growth requirements into network architecture roadmaps, Experience integrating network architecture with security and identity frameworks, Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into end-to-end network architecture solutions, Demonstrated ability to lead architectural discussions, experience producing high-level and detailed architecture documentation, Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, analytical and problem-solving skills

We are looking for a **Network Architect** who will provide global thought leadership for Data Center, WAN, and Enterprise Networking. This role is responsible for the design and deployment of network technologies across multiple customer-facing applications and internal business functions. The Network Architect ensures best practices, security, and compliance throughout global network deployments. We believe that collaboration leads to the best ideas, and we rely heavily on team interaction. As a role based in Cluj-Napoca, this position will require 5 days in the office each week. **Responsibilities:** * Design and develop enterprise network architecture across Data Center, WAN, and Enterprise Networking environments. * Define scalable, secure, and highly available network solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. * Lead architecture planning for network growth, modernization, and infrastructure transformation initiatives. * Evaluate the impact of new projects, applications, and releases on network architecture and performance. * Develop architecture standards, design guidelines, and best practices for enterprise and data center networking. * Analyze network performance, capacity, and traffic trends to identify architectural improvements and optimization opportunities. * Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging networking technologies and strategic platform enhancements. * Lead technology assessments, proof-of-concept activities, and product evaluations. * Create and maintain architecture documentation, including high-level designs, standards, diagrams, and impl
