Must Have
Must be enrolled, part-time or full-time, in a SAIT Bachelor’s degree program or diploma for the duration of the contract
Nice to Have
Experience in networking and telecommunications – operation, deployment, support, upgrades and deployment is considered an asset., CNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification, Cloud certifications - Azure Administrator and/or AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Palo Alto PCCET, PCNSA or above, Aruba associate certifications – Mobility, Clearpass, switching is considered an asset

Install and maintain network equipment including firewalls
and authentication and authorization tools.
Support cloud networking by configuring and maintaining networking components in Azure and AWS.
Manage load balancers by configuring and supporting Application Delivery Controllers and load‑balancing solutions.
Support unified communications by working with Cisco Unified Communications
and Microsoft Teams to maintain SAIT’s phone systems.
Investigate network faults by diagnosing issues and implementing corrective actions.
Maintain firmware and updates by ensuring network equipment is running the latest releases.

This position works hands‑on with network hardware, cloud networking, unified communications, and application delivery systems while contributing to projects, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements that enhance SAIT’s technology landscape. ## How you'll contribute Support daily network operations by resolving trouble tickets, fulfilling work orders, and maintaining stable network performance.
