What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, 5-7+ years of experience, Expert-level knowledge of TCP/IP, Expert-level knowledge of IP Routing, Expert-level knowledge of L2 switching, In-depth knowledge of Data Center architecture, In-depth knowledge of Campus networking, In-depth knowledge of enterprise Wi-Fi, In-depth knowledge of network security, Ability to maintain documentation
Nice to Have
Network Industry Certification, Demonstrated experience in post-sales role, Hands-on experience with network automation, Experience with multi-vendor network migrations

Reporting to the Regional Engineering Manager, you will partner with a world- class team of field engineers, technical leaders, and product experts. Your primary focus is on the post-sales success of our customers, ensuring their network designs are robust, their deployments are seamless, and their operations are optimized. This is a customer-facing role, frequently engaging with clients at their sites to build trust and drive projects forward. You will work in tight collaboration with our Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Software Development teams to represent the customer's voice, influencing product direction and service offerings.
