Full Job Description
NetSuite Architect Jacksonville, FL (Onsite) We exist to transform our customers and change lives Who We’re Looking For RF-SMART is currently seeking an experienced NetSuite Architect. The NetSuite architect operates within a governance-through-delivery model. Governance is established as a byproduct of real delivery decisions on thin vertical slices — starting with the ZoomInfo enrichment workstream — rather than declared in the abstract. The architect must be comfortable making architecture decisions in flight, producing the System of Record matrix, lifecycle definitions, and integration write rules as artifacts of working software, and resisting the pull toward design-on-paper. Candidates whose preferred mode is to write a target-state Confluence page and hand it to delivery will not succeed in this seat. Primary focus is rearchitecting legacy customizations, simplifying the platform footprint, retiring or replacing modules at end-of-life, and establishing sustainable architectural standards. The role requires that you govern the work of an implementation partner during modernization, while contributing directly to delivery alongside the NS developer and admin. Partner closely with Sales, Services, Support, BD, Marketing, Finance, and IT leadership to align the platform roadmap with business strategy. What You’ll Do: Own the target-state architecture for NetSuite and the surrounding lead-to-cash ecosystem (HubSpot, SalesLoft, OpenAir/SuiteProjects Pro, Celigo, ZoomInfo/ZeroBounce, and the planned analytics layer). Lead the re-architecture of legacy customizations and end-of-life modules — assess technical debt, define what to retire, refactor, or replace with native functionality, and sequence the work into a defensible roadmap. Specifically includes the Contract Renewals → SuiteBilling migration, ARM adoption, OpenAir disposition, and customer record rationalization. Govern the implementation partner's technical work — review designs, enforce standards, validate
