The NetSuite Analyst is a critical role responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within the organization. This role involves troubleshooting issues, providing end-user support, coordinating system upgrades, and ensuring the seamless functioning of the ERP environment to meet business requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Work closely with multiple business units, mainly Finance, Sales, Manufacturing and Purchasing, to understand their business needs and problem solve operational issues * Primary point of contact for of NetSuite support * Interface with business units to gain a deep understanding of software requirements, look for integration and streamlining opportunities leveraging NetSuite * Use the required ERP configuration and analyzed business requirements to successfully optimize NetSuite support * Providing technical support and training ERP end-users * Developing user-friendly functionalities and interfaces * Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance * Coordinate with related teams and departments to ensure optimal operation of NetSuite * Gather business unit requirements and translate to technology Solutions, designed to create efficiency, avoid risk, and improve security * Preparing development progress updates and documenting ERP processes * Key participant in release updates, new features, and new NetSuite features * Provide and / or arrange training as required * Develop effective relationships with NetSuite vendors and provide oversight to ensure successful day-to-day operations * Monitor and participate in the creation of automated jobs and data transformations
