What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years’ experience in a GBS or BPO setting, Expert knowledge of end-to-end Cash Management processes and related accounting, Excellence in analysisudget planning/ NCW reporting, Expert in tracking and managining business risks and opportunities, Experience managing Cash Management team and driving performance against KPIs, Experience in process improvement/ optimalization, Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate people, Excellent communication and influencing skills across cultures, Conflict Resolution / Change Management, analytical and Problem Solving, Demonstrated ability to embed CI culture within a team, Excellent Written and Verbal Communication and Interpersonal Skill, English fluent or bi-lingual, Excellent time-management skills
Nice to Have
CA, CPA, ACCA, ACT qualification or progress toward certification would be an advantage, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or any other equivalent training - desirable but not essential
