Must Have
6 + years of related experience, Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, 6+ years of project management experience, 5+ years of experience in Agile. NET implementations, In-depth understanding of. NET and technical aspects of. NET applications, Ability to obtain an NIH Public Trust
Nice to Have
Expansion of capabilities to include mobile applications is planned
What You'll Do.
Lead technical staff on multiple complex software development projects
Assess technology solutions and provide recommendations
Ensure teams use effective change control and configuration management
multi-task interrelated projects
Ensure teams use architectural standards and principles
Adhere to NIAID-tailored HHS Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) methodology
Prepare detailed project plans
Apply Agile processes when identified and appropriate
Perform Biweekly assessment and reporting of projects’ progress
Provide the Monthly Admin Reports
Manage the migration of custom software applications to cloud environments

Facilitate collaboration with other teams; Engage with customer product owners to understand and communicate priorities

Process & Methodology
