Full Job Description

## Accountabilities In this role, you will take ownership of architecture design, technical leadership, and hands-on development across enterprise applications while guiding engineering teams toward best practices. Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of .NET and React-based enterprise applications, including AI-enabled solutions. Remain hands-on by developing backend services, REST APIs, integration layers, and frontend components. Define and enforce engineering standards, coding practices, design patterns, and architecture guardrails. Design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems incorporating microservices, event-driven architecture, and modular design principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architectures and delivery plans. Conduct code and design reviews to ensure performance, security, and scalability standards are met. Mentor engineers and promote adoption of modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development workflows. Support DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment strategies, and automated testing frameworks. Requirements: This role requires strong technical depth in modern software engineering combined with proven architectural leadership in enterprise environments. Extensive hands-on experience with C#, .NET, API development, and enterprise application architecture. Strong expertise in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices. Proven experience leading technical design and delivery of large-scale distributed systems. Deep understanding of software engineering principles including SOLID, OOP, dependency injection, and design patterns. Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions. Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered development tools and intelligent application use cases.
