Must Have
Multiple years of experience in software development (senior level), Deep knowledge of backend software development with C#/.NET, Good understanding of REST API development (.NET), Front-end development experience with React, Next. js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Experience with Azure, Git environments, pull requests, and code reviews, Solid understanding of HTML and CSS (tailwind), Experience with integration of third-party services via API, communication skills to articulate complex concepts and logic to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams, Problem-solving and adaptability, including critical thinking, resourceful solution design, and the ability, Demonstrate collaboration skills and comfort with practices like code reviews and pair programming, Show ability to work effectively in an English-speaking environment, ensuring clear communication with international teams and stakeholders, Relevant bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have
Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, other AI assistants or agentic development is an advantage, Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, or NoSQL is an advantage

Our web applications offer our Nordic customers a modern and appealing self-service experience, enabling them to manage their insurance, claims and payments. Our customer focused development teams aim to continually improve our offering and add new self-service functionality. Addition to web-based self-service solution, the team is focusing on creating APIs for other services like mobile apps. Your closely co-operating agile team consists of people working in different expertise areas and in different locations: Turku, Espoo, Riga, and Stockholm. The team is relaxed and supportive, but also ambitious and continuously improving the ways of working.
