What You'll Do.
Lead execution of BMS Sponsored Research Agreements
and oversee site-level budgets
Develop and execute global strategy for contract negotiations
Own study level contracting strategy
Serve as final escalation point for legal and budget queries
Collaborate with global colleagues and external partners
Monitor budgets and contract status
Develop and maintain negotiation templates
Assure contractual terms comply with corporate policies
and implement process improvements
Escalate significant legal or financial risks
Ensure proper filing and documentation of agreements
and quality oversight
Lead initiatives to enhance governance and compliance
