REF: #001 ADGA is seeking a Needs Analysis and Researcher to support the development and implementation of a new Counter-Uncrewed Aerial Systems (C-UAS) capability. This is a high-impact role supporting a new capability for the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). You will support the development of requirements and research planning activities for C-UAS capability development and delivery. Key Responsibilities * Lead and support the identification and documentation of use-cases, user-needs, systems and integration requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document analysis. * Lead and support capability gap analyses, capability and capacity requirements against operational demand and use cases. * Lead and support the identification of research requirements to close capability and capacity gaps. * Lead and support studies and review state-of-the-art in C-UAS capabilities and make recommendations to close capability gaps. * Liaise with government, industry and research stakeholders to identify C-UAS synergies and opportunities for collaboration. * Provide recommendations to management on options for C-UAS solutions; a
