What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Management Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related engineering or business discipline focused on process management, Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Experience in Business Process Management (BPM) across the full lifecycle, Experience in Business Process Mapping, Experience in Process Digitization, Experience in Stakeholder Analysis & Engagement
Nice to Have
Experience within government, defence, or large-scale, complex programs, The ability to assess emerging aviation, uncrewed systems, and robotics technologies against operational use cases to identify capability gaps and research needs

Identify and document use-cases
systems and integration
Conduct stakeholder interviews
and document analysis
Analyze capability gap
capability and capacity requirements
Identify research requirements to close capability and capacity
Study state-of-the-art in C-UAS capabilities
Make recommendations to close capability gaps
Liaise with government
industry and research stakeholders
Identify C-UAS synergies and opportunities for collaboration
Provide recommendations on options for C-UAS
Participate in meetings and briefings
