What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification, Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, GCP Experience, Demonstrated expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies, Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms), Facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Fluency in English (written and verbal), Proven experience working with nearshore or distributed teams across multiple time zones, Analytical and problem-solving abilities, Attention to detail, Experience in identifying and resolving team conflicts and organizational challenges, Familiarity with Agile transformation initiatives and change management
Nice to Have
Advanced Agile certifications (SAFe, PSM II, or equivalent), Background in software development and technology-driven organizations
