Must Have
More than 3 years of experience in NDI or NDT, More than 3 years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders, At least one year of experience in a leadership role
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree, Current or previous NDT Level II / III certification, More than 3 years of experience managing / supervising in Quality, Engineering or Manufacturing supporting AS9100 QMS or industry / regulatory compliance, More than 5 years of experience with NDT or NDI, Familiarity with National Aerospace Standard, NAS410, More than 1 year of quality auditing experience, Experience in project leadership that led to innovations, performance improvement, or risk mitigations, Knowledge of Quality and Lean processes and tools
