Must Have
3–6 years of experience in Salesforce development, Hands-on experience with nCino platform development and configuration, experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), Understanding of commercial lending processes (loan origination, underwriting, servicing), Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, Understanding of CI/CD practices for Salesforce development, debugging and problem-solving skills, Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Nice to Have
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II), Familiarity with Copado or Autorabit deployment pipelines, Experience with AI development tools (e. g. , Agent force, GitHub Copilot)
