Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, State of Ohio licensure in physical therapy, CPR certification
Nice to Have
One year of physical therapy work experience in a pediatric setting or clinical affiliation in area of pediatrics

Evaluates pediatric and select adult patients
Administers physical therapy treatment
Fabricates or recommends adaptive equipment
Documents evaluation results
Documents patient progress
Provides patient education
Provides family education
Attends continuing education programs
Participates in departmental in-service training
Conducts Physical Therapy educational programs
Delegates to students
Supervises care provided
Develops therapeutic treatment
Administers therapeutic treatment
Utilizes developmental activities
Modifies treatment plan
Maintains administrative functions
Submits timely documentation
Educates on treatment goals
Educates on therapy plans
Instructs on therapeutic activities
Evaluates ongoing compliance
Evaluates understanding
Fits patient with adaptive equipment
Instructs on use of adaptive equipment
Evaluates patients with varied diagnoses
Determines developmental status
