Naval Programs Action Officer **The Opportunity:** As an Action Officer in Naval Programs, you know the complexities of supporting U.S Navy projects from concept to completion. That’s why we need you, an experienced Action Officer who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and executing policies, programs, and initiatives within an organization, driven by stakeholder needs and program requirements. You’ll support and manage projects to ensure completion on time and within budget, including developing plans, implementing strategies, and leading team efforts. You will act as a liaison to bridge between functional teams, civilian and military leadership, and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration. You will conduct research, gather data, and analyze information to support decision-making and operational improvements. You’ll facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings as needed to support organizational goals.
