5+ years of experience integrating across Navy warfare centers or naval engineering organizations, Experience in systems, electrical, or mechanical engineering, Experience in leading and managing cross-organization Integrated Product Teams (IPT), Experience with coordination and technical project management, Knowledge of shipboard IT and combat system architectures, combat system interfaces, and edge computing concepts, Ability to interpret engineering drawings, installation control documents, and technical baselines from program artifacts, TS/SCI clearance, HS diploma or GED
Nice to Have
2+ years of experience in support to shipboard installation programs, Alteration Installation Team (AIT), On-Site Installation Coordinator (OSIC) roles, or waterfront Naval modernization environments, Knowledge of cross‑domain data flows and system integration, Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
