15+ years of experience with contract and project management in a technical environment, 10+ years of experience with technology consulting or IT-based market leadership, 10+ years of experience with technical or engineering work in the underwater maritime domain, 10+ years of experience in program management roles, 10+ years of experience formulating and executing a business strategy, 5+ years of experience within the Navy or DoW environment, Experience leading and managing large teams, Experience with the full lifecycle of business development, Knowledge of Working Capital Fund (WCF) business operations, Ability to network across a large organization, Secret clearance, Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
Experience establishing local senior-level customer relationships, Ability to develop staff, Top Secret clearance, Master's degree, PMP, CISSP, or INCOSE CSEP Certification
